1. Data Controller Identity and Address

PrimeDrive Car Rental (hereinafter, "PrimeDrive"), located at González Gallo 58, San Antonio Tlayacapan, Chapala, Jalisco, C.P. 45922, Mexico, is responsible for the processing of your personal data in accordance with Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), its Regulations, and other applicable law.

2. Personal Data We Collect

To provide our car rental services, we may collect the following categories of personal data directly from you (in person, by phone, WhatsApp, email, or through our website and reservation engine):

• Identification and contact data: full name, date of birth, nationality, address, phone number, email, signature, and a valid official ID (INE, passport, or equivalent document).
• Driver's license data: number, expiration, issuing country or authority, and a copy of the document.
• Financial data: credit or debit card information needed to pay for the rental and to place the deductible security hold. This data is processed through third-party payment and rental-management platforms; PrimeDrive does not store full card numbers in its own systems.
• Trip and reservation data: rental dates, pickup and return location, flight number (when airport delivery is requested), authorized additional drivers, and service preferences.
• Data generated during the rental: rental agreement records, vehicle inspections (including photographs of the vehicle's condition), incidents, fines or traffic violations, and, where applicable, information related to insurance claims.

PrimeDrive does not collect sensitive personal data (such as ethnic origin, health status, religious beliefs, union membership, political opinions, or sexual preference). In the event of an accident, any medical information generated will be handled directly by the insurance company under its own privacy notice.

Any data you provide about additional drivers must be provided with those persons' consent; by providing it, you represent that you have obtained such consent.

3. Purposes of Processing

Primary purposes (necessary for the service)

• Verifying your identity and compliance with rental requirements (minimum age, valid license, credit card).
• Preparing, managing, and fulfilling the vehicle rental agreement.
• Processing payments, security deposits, holds, and refunds.
• Coordinating vehicle delivery and return, including airport or home delivery.
• Arranging and managing the vehicle's insurance coverage, and handling claims, theft, or accidents.
• Managing fines, violations, towing, or charges arising from use of the vehicle.
• Handling requests, clarifications, and complaints, and providing customer service.
• Complying with legal and tax obligations (CFDI invoicing) and requests from competent authorities.

Secondary purposes (not necessary for the service)

• Sending you promotions, discounts, and news about our services.
• Inviting you to respond to quality and satisfaction surveys.
• Preparing internal statistics and market research.

If you do not want your data used for secondary purposes, you may say so at any time by emailing contacto@primedrive.com.mx with the subject line "No promotions." Declining these uses will never be grounds for denying you our services.

4. Data Transfers

Your personal data may be transferred, without requiring your consent under Article 37 of the LFPDPPP, in the following cases:

• Insurance companies: to arrange the policy, handle claims, and support adjustment processes.
• Competent authorities: when there is a legal, judicial, or administrative requirement, including reporting vehicles to authorities in cases of theft or misuse.
• Companies in the same group or professional advisors (accounting, legal), for the same purposes described in this notice.

Additionally, to operate the service we use providers that process data on PrimeDrive's behalf as data processors, such as rental and reservation management platforms, payment processors, messaging services (WhatsApp), and web hosting services. These providers are required to process your data only under our instructions and in accordance with this Privacy Notice. Some of these providers may be located outside Mexico, so your data may be processed in other countries in connection with those services.

Outside the cases above, PrimeDrive does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for purposes other than those described here.

5. Security Measures and Retention

PrimeDrive has implemented reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction, or unauthorized use, access, or processing. Your data will be kept only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described and to comply with applicable legal, tax, and contractual obligations; once those periods end, the data will be blocked and subsequently deleted.

6. ARCO Rights

Under Mexican law you have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, what we use it for, and the conditions of that use (Access); to request correction of your information when it is inaccurate or outdated (Rectification); to have it removed from our records when you believe it is not being processed in accordance with the law (Cancellation); and to object to the use of your data for specific purposes (Objection). These are known as ARCO rights.

To exercise them, send a request to contacto@primedrive.com.mx including:

1. The data subject's full name and a contact method for our response.
2. A copy of an official ID proving your identity (or your legal representative's, where applicable).
3. A clear and precise description of the data for which you seek to exercise any ARCO right.
4. Any document or information that helps us locate your data.

We will respond to your request within a maximum of 20 business days from receipt and, if applicable, it will take effect within the following 15 business days. These periods may be extended as provided by the LFPDPPP.

7. Withdrawal of Consent and Limitation of Use

You may withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time, to the extent permitted by law, through the procedure described in the previous section. Please note that withdrawal is not retroactive and that certain data must be retained due to legal or contractual obligations (for example, tax information or active agreements). You may also request inclusion in our exclusion list to stop receiving promotional communications.

8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies (such as Google Analytics) to improve your browsing experience, remember your language and currency preferences, and obtain aggregate site-usage statistics. These technologies do not collect data that directly identifies you. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; doing so may affect some site features, such as the reservation engine.

9. Changes to This Privacy Notice

PrimeDrive may modify or update this Privacy Notice at any time to reflect legislative changes, internal policies, or new service requirements. Any changes will be published on this page (primedrive.com.mx) with the date of last update. We recommend reviewing it periodically.

10. Data Protection Authority

If you believe your right to personal data protection has been violated, you may file a complaint with Mexico's data protection authority.
